Our Track and Trace and POD system can now be accessed via our website; www.bascik.co.nz.
Enter your consignment note number in the Track & Trace box and click “GO”
This will show the following screen:
Each progress box pertains to the process the freight goes through. The boxes will appear in bright red. If a particular part of the transit has not occurred, the box is faded out until that portion has started. E.g. if the freight was picked up and in our Auckland depot, the "Picked Up" and "In Depot - Auckland" boxes will be in bright red and the remaining boxes will look faded.
Following delivery, the POD will be available once uploaded (in some cases the following day).
Click on the Red "View" text to open POD's. You will need a login and password to view these. Please ask your account manager for this level of access.
