If a booking needs to be cancelled that has been created in Web Notes or by using the EDI process then please email  CancelBookings@bascik.co.nz


Include the consignment number(s) in the subject line “ABC1234” and in the body of the email, please advise why you require this consignment cancelled.


You will receive an email confirmation back confirming we have received your request.  (Please ensure the word re: or Automatic is not in the subject of the original email as this will prevent the auto reply). We will only contact you should we require further information or clarification
